Danny Ripka from Naples,Fl, USA moved into the lead with 408 miles after five days of competition, running 85 miles and passing Rimas Jakelaitis, who had led for most of the previous four days. Martin Wagen of Switzerland moved into third place for the men.Dipali Cunningham climbed into second place overall, leading the women with 397 miles. Friederike Makowka of Switzerland clung to a one-mile lead for second place for the ladies at 335 miles.
