INDIANAPOLIS - Allen Johnson, Jearl Miles-Clark and Sandra Glover all won their respective events Tuesday at the 2004 DN Galan Grand Prix in Stockholm, Sweden. Coming off an easy win Sunday at the Norwich Union International in Birmingham, England, Johnson won the men's 110m hurdles at Stockholm in 13.31 seconds. 2000 Olympic silver medalist and 2004 Olympic Trials champion Terrence Trammell was the runner-up in 13.38, with Duane Ross fourth in 13.43 and Ron Bramlett fifth in 13.43. After qualifying for her fifth Olympic Team with her win in the 800 meters at the 2004 Olympic Trials earlier this month, Jearl Miles-Clark won that event in Stockholm in 1 minute, 59.46 seconds. Hasna Benhassi of Morocco was the runner-up in 1:59.67. Nicole Teter, who placed second to Miles-Clark at the Olympic Trials, was fourth in 1:59.95. In the women's 400m hurdles, four-time USA Outdoor champion Sandra Glover was victorious in 54.34 seconds over runner-up Ionela Tirlea-Manolache of Romania (54.85). Americans finishing second at Stockholm included five-time U.S. men's javelin champion Breaux Greer, who had a best throw of 78.52 meters/257 feet, 7 inches, and 2004 USA Indoor champion Toby Stevenson in the men's pole vault with a clearance of 5.80m/19-0.50. 2004 Olympic Trials runner-up Grace Upshaw was second in the women's long jump with a leap of 6.85m/22-5.75.
