Bishwas is one of the organizers of the SCMT's shorter distance races that take place in New York. Few things give Bishwas greater joy than seeing a pack of enthusiastic runners take off at the start of an SCMT race!

Thank you one and all for ushering in 2021 this morning together with us in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, at the Sri Chinmoy New Year's Day Half-Marathon!

Thankfully, the weather cooperated - calm air, a bit of sun, and temps in the upper 30s.

Congrats to Jerry Faulkner for setting a men's course record of 1:16:00, and Lauren Longfield for a new women's record of 1:25:14!
